Pure Dolcetto from the new vineyard Migulle dedicated to producing only DOCG grapes; the grapes are intensely selected to achieve limited production

Wine making technique:
Pressing, maceration last for approximately 12 days; after the first racking the wine is stored in barrel of French oak, some new and some second-pass

The three parts are refining separated for 12 months, in order to be assembled to the end of the successive year of the grape harvest; after an ulterior period of maturation of the wine assembled of ap-proximately three months, the wine is bottled

Organolectic characteristics

Red purple dense and compact

wide and complex, with beautiful notes of blackberry, black cherry and pomegranate, notes of violet and shadings of vanilla and caramel

Structured, rich full, harmonic, of great length and persistence tasting

Best with:
Red meats, venison

Best at temperature:
16 – 18 °C in balloons
