Vineyard maintenance employs short-cut thinning of the vines to produce superior grape clusters. Each vine is pruned differently; some are cut to 5-6 clusters per vine, other are 2-3 clusters. Age of vines are 40-50 years, dry farmed. Yields for Bricco della Maddalena and Bricco del Bagatto are 4000 kilos per hectare.
