Grapes:
Pure Merlot (Bordeaux clone 181F) from a new estate vineyard; grapes characterized by clusters with very small berries, then with a skin to fruit ratio is particularly favorable, the grapes are intensely thinned, to achieve a load production of about 55-60 q / ha

Vinification:
Pressing, maceration conducted for 7 days with soft pumping

Refining:
Approximately eight months in steel tanks, after the wine is bottled and aged in bottle for at least two months before release

Organolectic characteristics

Color:
Ruby red with purple veins dense and compact.

Bouquet:
Complex and large, the wine shows notes of blacks ripe fruit (blackberry), sweet spicy nuances and cocoa.

Taste:
Rich full, harmonic, of great softness with great length and persistence tasting.

Best with:
Filled pastas, white meats, sauced fish, medium seasoned cheese.

Best at temperature:
16-18° C, in large goblets
