Origin:
Owners’ vineyards located at Rocca Grimalda, plot Piani del Padrone.

Refining:
From 6 months to one year in a inox-steel tank.

Organolectic characteristics:
A wine of a ruby color, when as it ripens it acquires dark shades of red; the smell is fine with some notes of ripe plum and meadow grass; the taste is full and well balanced with a pleasant refreshing acidity in its background.

Best with:
Red meats, poultry, medium seasoned cheese.

Best at temperature:
18 °C
