Refining:
Approximately one year in French oak barri-ques of second and third passage.

Organolectic characteristics

A wine of a lively and intense ruby red color; fine and complex smell, with evident beautiful notes of blackberries and plums, enriched by sweet scent of vanilla, burnt sugar and spices; full and harmonious taste, with acidity well tempered by alcohol and a rich and persistent final flavor.
Best with:
Red meats, venison, mushrooms, sea-soned cheese

18 – 20 °C
